Are energetic chemical compounds welcome here? Discussing propellants would be extremely valuable especially to citizens of various cuckistans who can't lay their hands on off the shelf ammo.

Yeah that's fine. Just don't run afoul of the sitewide rule for admitting to committing felonies by manufacturing DDs without a license -- I don't want that shit on my doorstep.

If it's just propellants, you're totally clear.
